Managing Director DACH (Strictly Confidential)
Requirement
European headquartered privately-owned Cloud solutions vendor retained NewVerus on a confidential executive search basis to find their new Managing Director for the DACH region. They wanted a strong Sales Leader to manage and grow the region replacing the current incumbent who was relocating to Asia with the firm.
Search Strategy and Outcome
We engaged in a European wide proactive search approaching both local and internationally located Sales Leader executives forming the candidate long list which was reviewed by the client on a weekly basis over 4-6 weeks. Candidate screening calls over the 4-6 weeks culminated in a short list of 3 candidates, two of whom were formally interviewed at the client’s head office leading to a candidate offer and successful appointment.
